This class is designed to help children learn their letters and sounds in a fun and engaging way. Young learners will be introduced to an engaging circle time routine in this class. We will learn social and academic skills through the following activities: songs, calendar, weather, stories, numbers, shapes, and crafts. Join us as we learn and make new friends!

StoryTime Corner

This class will introduce young learners to the joy of reading! We will listen to classic and new stories and learn listening and critical thinking skills. In addition, we will also learn about story elements ( characters, setting, beginning, middle, and end). Fun, story extension activities such as crafts and non-cooking activities will also be included. Join us for a reading adventure!

1, 2, 3, Come Learn Math with Me!

This math class has been designed for children between the ages of 4 and 5. We will build number sense from 0 to 20 through stories, counting songs, and hands-on activities. Young learners will practice counting, identifying numbers, quantity, patterns, shapes, and more. This class is essential as these experiences help expand knowledge and as students learn more complex mathematical ideas.

Social Skills for Amazing Kids

This class is designed to help children learn and build on their social and emotional skills as they are about to enter Kindergarten for the first time. Teaching these skills will help children develop skills like self-regulation, emotional and social awareness, problem-solving, and responsible decision-making. We will learn through stories, songs, and discussions. Join us as we learn and make new friends.

Writer’s Briefcase Level 1

This class has been designed for emergent writers. We will have fun as we use a dramatic play theme of working in an office and writing for authentic purposes. Young writer’s will explore different writing tools and develop small motor coordination, essential to becoming a writer later in Kindergarten. Come join us for a fabulous “day at the office”!

Come, learn English with this fun small group class designed for pre-school and kindergarten students. We will listen to stories, talk about them, retell them with story props, learn vocabulary, have conversations, sing songs, and more.

Pete the Cat Literacy and Math in one Cool Class

This one-time class is for all young learners who love “Pete the Cat” stories. Stories included in this session include the following: Pete the Cat and his missing cupcakes and Pete the Cat and his groovy buttons. Young learners will develop listening and comprehension skills as well as math, language, and fine motor development. Please, join us for one cool class with your favorite story-time character!

Scientist, Scientist, What Do You See?

Children are natural born scientists’ that explore and learn about their world every day! This class will nurture your child’s interests as we provide a class environment to support their learning and development through stories, songs and hands-on science experiments. Young scientists will learn through active participation, observation and inquiry- based learning activities. Come explore with us!

Ocean Animals

Do you love ocean animals? If you do, come join us as we dive into an underwater exploration. We will learn how marine scientist’s study and take care of the animals that live in the ocean. We will have fun, learn new songs and poems, read stories, enjoy crafts and meet new friends along the way!

Mixed Media Art: For Young Artists!

Writer’s Notebook

Take a deep dive into writing this summer! Our writing topics will include: informative, narrative, descriptive, opinion and summary. In addition, students will create a resource binder that will help them with writing throughout the school year!

Consumer/Financial Literacy Math 101

This class is designed to teach high school students the basics of consumer math. We are exploring various topics like checks and balancing, budgeting, calculating taxes.

Personal Finance 101

This class teaches high school students real-life math skills. The course will focus on the following topics: checking & saving accounts; spending less & saving more; budgeting, price discounts, markups, markdowns, paychecks, percentages, and much more! Students will learn through lectures, readings, and hands-on practical exercises like stock market simulation and comparison shopping projects. Join us for a fun and interactive class!

Career Exploration

We will kick off the class with a career aptitude test and analyze the results to see if any career paths match your interests. Special Education/What is best for my child?

This class will deeply dive into the similarities and differences between an Individual Education Plan (IEP) and a 504 plan.
